Signing up as a Soccer Silicon Valley member is the equivalent of signing
a petition stating that you want the Earthquakes to have a new stadium.
Soccer Silicon Valley collects information from members for a variety
         of other purposes as well.
One of the main uses of this information
                is communication —
you provide us with your e-mail address and we'll keep you informed
about what's happening on the stadium front. We're also collecting
information about where you live (city and state) so that we
can characterize our membership base to interested parties such
as cities or counties which would like to know about the strength
of soccer support in their communities. We may at some point
in the future publish a list of members online along with the
city and state in which they live; if you would prefer not to
be listed, we've provided a check-box for you to tell us so. We're also asking for some demographic and marketing
information (number in household, number of professional soccer
games you will attend this year, household income). This information
will only be used in aggregate ("The average SSV member household
consists of 3.4 people, goes to 8 games a year, and has an average
income between $50,000 and $99,999," for example) and never used
individually ("John Q. Public of Los Altos goes to 10 games and
makes over $150,000 annually.") We will not share your contact information or demographic
information with anyone. Return to SSV home page
